In 2007, after over two decades of gender dysphoria, internalized homophobia, and mental health struggles, Taylor Gonzales signed up for a yoga and meditation beginner series and never looked back.

Two years later, they received their 200-RYT certification in Kriya Yoga from Yoga Yoga in Austin, TX. In a quest to understand this weird life journey we’re all on, Taylor continues their studies in Reiki, Buddhism, Taoism, Vedic Sciences, hypnosis, somatic healing, pranayama, astrology, tarot, and meditation.

Taylor has lived and practiced all over the United States, including a 4-month residency in Wellington, New Zealand. During their journeys, they’ve learned that no matter the packaging, people's basic needs are the same, and the keys to contentment are found in community and compassion.
